PRICING & PAYMENT:

Our private lessons at our U-District & Capitol Hill locations are $120/hour base price, $20/hour for each additional participant. We require a one-hour minimum booking. After the hour minimum is met, our private lessons can be booked in half-hour increments. In other words, for one person, 60 minutes is $120, 90 minutes is $180, and 2 hours is $240.

Bulk Discount: Clients who purchase 6 or more private lesson hours upfront receive a 10% discount

Custom Choreography Fee:
Our instructors have several choreographies in their repertoire that they can pull from when teaching private lessons. For customers requesting that our instructors learn and/or choreograph a specific or custom piece, we charge an additional $40 fee. This fee is given to our instructors in full to compensate for their additional prep time.

These lessons can be booked per your availability and as frequently as you would like. We make sure you have the same instructor through the length of the classes so there is continuity for you and you can build a relationship and comfort level. These lessons can also be customized to your goals and desires — including what choreo you work on and workshop, what music you use, etc.

POLICIES:

Booking Policy:
In order to allow time for private lesson booking to be, paid, confirmed, and to allow instructor time to prep, we do require at least 7 days notice and will not schedule private lesson earlier than 7 days after first point of contact.

Calendar Hold Policy:
When scheduling private lessons, PopRox will place a 72-hour hold on the requested date. If the customer has not verbally confirmed the date over email within the 72 hours, we reserve the right to forfeit the calendar hold.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
Private lessons can be rescheduled no less than 24 hours before your class and canceled no less than 72 hours before your class, otherwise, you will be charged in full.

We have a limit of two reschedules per appointment. Additional attempts to reschedule will result in cancellation of the private lesson with no option for a refund.

PopRox Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, power outages, instructor illness, or other factors beyond our control. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a refund will be issued for any remaining classes.

No-Show Policy:
No-shows are not eligible for a refund and will result in a $50 no-show fee. After 2 no-shows, we reserve the right to discontinue private lessons with no option for a refund.

Payment:
Full payment is due at the time of booking.within 24 hours after the invoice has been sent. A credit card on file is required for booking.
