WHERE AND WHEN WILL THESE OPEN STUDIO TIMES TAKE PLACE?
Shared open studio time will occur only on Studio Biggie at PopRox Capitol Hill. Our goal is to offer at least one 3-hour window a week on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. IF I’M REHEARSING WITH A GROUP, DO I NEED TO RESERVE A SPOT FOR EACH PERSON?
Yes! Due to limited capacity, all attendees must reserve a spot in advance. Just remember, other people may be using the studio at the same time, so music must be played via headphones.

I’M WORKING ON SOMETHING I NEED PRIVACY FOR – IS THIS THE RIGHT FIT FOR ME?
We understand you might be working on something you’re not ready to show others. Our free open studio time is shared which means you will likely be using the floor with others. If you’d like a more private rental, we do offer studio rentals in our private small studio at Capitol Hill for $10/hour per person. You can learn more and book Studio Smalls here.

POLICIES:

RESPECT THE SHARED PRACTICE SPACE
Please treat the studio as a shared creative zone. Avoid interrupting or walking through someone’s space while they’re practicing and be mindful of moves that encroach dangerously into someone else’s space.

REGISTRATION POLICY
Due to limited capacity, all attendees must reserve a spot in advance.

HEADPHONE POLICY
Headphones must be used unless you and your group are the only attendees. In the case you are not sharing the space with others, you are welcome to use our bluetooth speaker.

FILMING POLICY
If you are filming yourself, please get verbal consent if someone else is visible in your footage

NO TEACHING OR PRIVATE LESSONS
This time is for practice and non-instructed exploration. Business of any kind is not permitted.
