Dear Parents & Campers,

Thank you for registering your dancer for our 2026 Summer Camp at PopRox Capitol Hill!

First, please ensure you have filled out our online waiver, required for all campers attending a camp at PopRox.

After submitting the waiver, please read the information below.

HOW TO GET TO POPROX CAPITOL HILL:

We are located on the the lower level of the Chophouse Row building (1429 12th Ave, Seattle WA 98122) across from Good Weather/Tailwind Café.

If you’re entering from the 12th Ave entrance – enter the door on 12th (between La Spiga and Colibrí Mexican Kitchen), walk down the stairs and all the way to the end of the hallway and we will be the far door on the right.

If you’re entering from the 11th Ave entrance– enter the gate at the end of the alleyway (between the restaurant Xom and Gemini Room). Walk through the double doors at the end of the alleyway and we will be the first door on the left.

HOURS AND DROP OFF/PICK UP:

CAMP HOURS:

9:00am - 3:00pm, M-F

DROP OFF + PRE-CARE:

9:00am - 9:15am, M-F

For those who want to drop off their campers earlier, we offer the option of Pre-Camp Care starting at 8:30am.

Any drop offs that occur between 8:30am and 8:55am will incur a $15/day fee. This fee will be totaled and charged to the card on file at the end of the week.

PICK UP:

3:00pm, M-TH (Please see below for info about when to arrive on Friday afternoon for your campers final day performance)

We ask that grownups pick up their dancer no later than 3:05pm. You or a pre-designated guardian must be present to sign out your Camper, unless otherwise designated on the attached form (ages 10-12 only).

Any pickups occurring after 3:05pm will be considered a late pick up and will be charged a $1/minute fee. This fee will be totaled and charged to the card on file at the end of the week.

If you will be later than 3:05pm, you MUST contact us. If your camper is not picked up by 3:30pm and we have not made contact with you, we will call emergency services.

WHAT TO BRING:

PLEASE PACK THE FOLLOWING ITEMS EVERY DAY:

*Please label all items with your campers name*

  • Water bottle

  • Lunch + 2 snacks (AM & PM)

  • Send your dancer in clothing that is comfortable to move and sweat in. We will spend time outside each day so please send them with a sweatshirt or jacket in the case of cooler weather

  • Sun block + hat

LUNCH + SNACKS:

Lunch & snacks are not provided. Please pack a lunch & extra snacks for your camper each day.

We will be spending a lot of time outdoors and being physically active, so a water bottle is a must. We have a water fountain on site for refills. We keep a reserve of emergency snacks and provide popsicles some days, so please be sure to alert us of any allergies!

COMMUNICATION:

You will receive an invitation to join the app ClassDojo. Please ensure you have downloaded this app before the first day of camp.

ClassDojo will be our main mode of communication as a texting/chat portal and a secure place for us to upload photos of your Camper throughout the week! This app is safe, secure, and designed for parent/teacher communications. Please reach out to us if you have issues joining your camp week’s ‘classroom’ within the app and we’ll help you out!

LAST DAY PERFORMANCE:

There will be a performance on our last day of camp! Please arrive at 2:30pm on Friday for the final performance. For the families and friends who can’t make it, please let us know!
