HOURS

MORNING CAMP:

9:00am - 12:00pm, M-F

AFTERNOON CAMP:

1:00pm - 4:00pm, M-F

DROP OFF & PICK UP

Families are invited to drop-off their children 10 minutes before the camp starts. They can park on the Villa campus (or at St. Bridget’s).

There will be site maps and camp locations posted in numerous places around campus, along with Villa Ventures staff who can guide families.

WHAT TO BRING:

PLEASE PACK THE FOLLOWING ITEMS EVERY DAY:

*Please label all items with your campers name*

• Water bottle

• Send your dancer in clothing that is comfortable to move and sweat in (we may spend time outside each day so please send them with a sweatshirt or jacket in the case of cooler weather).

• Sun block + hat

• Snack (We do not provide snacks so if your dancer needs a snack, please pack it and we will be more than happy to accommodate snack time during camp. Please note that Villa is a nut-free campus)

COMMUNICATION:

Villa will be the primary contact during the week. They will be responsible for communicating about:

• Your camper’s registration

• Campus specific policies and procedures

• Cancellations/weather updates (in case of severe heat, for example)

• Illnesses

• Emergency situations

• Operational guidelines

• Medication needs

We will be responsible for communicating daily child-related issues, if they arise.

If at any time a child becomes unwell or is in need of a guardian, we will get in touch with Villa’s Program Manager, Ed, and the child will be removed from the camp and taken to the “health room” in HQ until a family member comes to collect them.

LAST DAY PERFORMANCE:

There will be a performance on our last day of camp!

For the morning camp, please arrive at 11:30am on Friday for the final performance.

For the afternoon camp, Please arrive at 3:30pm on Friday for the final performance.
