INFORMATION + POLICIES

PRICING + PAYMENT:

U-District, full book-out: (Capacity - 40 max, 16 max dancers) | $150/hour + $70 cleaning fee

We require a booking minimum of one hour, at the hourly rate, and then half-hour increments thereafter. Full payment is due 24 hours after the invoice is sent. Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation.

POLICIES:

SHOE POLICY: The use of non-dance heels and tap shoes are prohibited on PopRox Dance Studio’s floors. Please ensure heel spikes are intact and not worn down to the post. We have beautiful floors and want to keep them that way!

STUDIO USE POLICY: While we do offer studio rentals for dance rehearsals and events, we do not rent our studio space for the purpose of hosting paid classes or private lessons out of our space. Additionally, students may not rent the studio to take in-person classes or lessons from instructors who are not affiliated with PopRox.

CALENDAR HOLD POLICY: When scheduling studio rentals, PopRox will place a 24-hour hold on a requested date. If the customer has not confirmed and sent back the waiver signed within the hold, we reserve the right to forfeit the calendar hold.

RECURRING STUDIO RENTAL POLICY | CREDIT CARD ON FILE: In order to place a hold on our calendar for a recurring studio rental booking, we do require an active credit card on file. After your first booking is complete, we will charge your card on file 24 hours before each of your following recurring bookings. If your card on file is inactive 24 hours before the rental or there are insufficient funds when we go to charge it, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to process your payment, we reserve the right to cancel all future bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Studio rentals can be canceled and/or rescheduled no less than 24 hours before your scheduled class, otherwise, you will be charged the full amount of your rental.
