PRICING:

Our custom wedding dance is package $990* TOTAL which includes:

Custom Choreography: At PopRox, we specialize in creating unique and personalized experiences for couples as they prepare for their wedding day. Our goal is to craft a performance that truly reflects your personality, wedding theme, and vision. We understand how important this moment is, and our dedicated instructors are here to help you feel confident and graceful on the dance floor.

Three Dance Lessons: Our three dance lessons are designed to fit your schedule and can be held at either our Capitol Hill or University District studio. Each lesson lasts 60 minutes, and we require a minimum of three classes to ensure you have enough time to learn the entire routine. After these initial classes, you can decide whether you’d like to book additional sessions basedon your progress and comfort level.

Two Instructors: For an enriching learning experience, you’ll be paired with two of our dedicated and professional instructors. This ensures that you and your partner can connect with the moves in a way that feels unique to both of you while catering to your individual skill levels. With two instructors guiding you, you can expect a fun and efficient learning process as you prepare for your big moment.

*Custom Song Editing Add-On: Custom music editing is available for $60 (up to two songs). Each additional set of 1–2 songs is an additional $25/song.

*On-Site Rehearsal Add-On: For weddings within 30 miles of our studio, we offer an On-Site Rehearsal for $300, which includes travel time. This is beneficial for understanding the dance space and any specific or extra support needed.

*Package Option: Combine the 3 dance classes and the on-site rehearsal for a total of $920.

POLICIES:

Payment Policy: Full payment is required within 24 hours of the invoice.

Calendar Hold Policy: We will place a 3-business-day hold on your requested date. If the date is not confirmed within this period, the hold may be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a $200 fee.

Reschedule Policy: To reschedule a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a $100 fee will apply. PopRox Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, power outages, instructor illness, or other factors beyond our control. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a refund will be issued for any remaining classes.

No-Show Policy: A no-show incurs a $100 fee. After two no-shows, lessons may be discontinued.

LOCATIONS:

PopRox U-District: We are located on the SW corner of 11th Ave NE and NE 47th Ave. — right across the street from 7Eleven. There is a 30-minute load zone right in front of our studio as well as a fair amount of street parking on both streets.

PopRox Capitol Hill: We are located on the lower level of the Chophouse Row building (1429 12th Ave, Seattle WA 98122) across from Good Weather/Tailwind Café. If you’re entering Chophouse Row from the entrance on 12th Ave (near Plum Bistro), walk down the stairs and all the way to the end of the hallway– we will be at the far door on the right.
