By checking all boxes below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of my use of PopRox Dance LLC's (“PopRox”) studio space:

Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability *

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my activities in a PopRox location, or those of my guests.

I release and hold harmless PopRox, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained on the premises, whether due to negligence or otherwise.

I will not conduct business during my rental time, meaning I will not engage in activities where I am charging my guests for services conducted at PopRox.

Responsibility for Damages *

I agree to take full responsibility for any damages to the studio, equipment, or facilities caused by my actions or those of my guests.

I understand that I may be held financially liable for the repair or replacement of any damaged property, or those of my guests.

Pricing Agreement *

I agree to the rental rate for ‘Studio Biggie at PopRox Capitol Hill at $100/hour + $70 cleaning fee

Any rental time extensions cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to studio schedules.

Payment must be made in full before use of the space. Any time extensions will be paid before departure.

Studio rentals can be canceled and/or rescheduled no less than 24 hours before your scheduled class, otherwise, you will be charged the full amount of your rental.

General Rules *

No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted in the studio.

I will follow all studio rules and respect the space and other users, including noise/music volume restrictions as indicated by studio management.
